Gainesville Truck Center opened in 1954. In the early 1960’s Horace Allison owned a large trucking company with a fleet of over 100 Mack Trucks. Horace liked the Bulldog brand so much he bought into Gainesville Truck Center in 1968. A year later, he became the sole owner of an authorized Mack Truck dealership and a family business was born.

Today, Mick Allison carries on his father’s legacy and proudly continue the family’s association with the heavy duty truck leader and added the Isuzu brand in 2014. They believe that when you buy from their dealership, you should expect world-class customer service from the top down. They are committed to customers with sales, parts and service all geared to serve your needs.
